Hi Everyone!
My name is Erin. My therapeutic focus is informed by a biopsychosocial and temporal framework which is grounded in social justice allyship and cultural humility. I am specifically interested in the intersection of identity and boundaries, as well as working with survivors of coercive relationships and high-demand groups in a safe and supportive therapeutic setting.
My therapeutic curiosity for clients is the exploration of the question: “Who am I in this world?” Some therapeutic modalities I am inspired by include somatic and trauma-informed interventions as they integrate into attachment theories, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy (NT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the BITE model of authoritarian control.
When I am not co-hosting PsychedAbout, in class, or sending cat memes to Sepi, I am roller skating, practicing piano, and enjoying nature with my family.

Hello Everyone!
My name is Sepi. I am an Iranian American woman who immigrated to the United States as an adolescent. My experience as an immigrant has informed my therapeutic approach and interests.
I am interested in supporting clients as they explore their identity, and develop a sense of belonging, congruence and acceptance in their lives. Some therapeutic modalities that I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also integrate mindfulness techniques into my therapeutic practices.
When I am not co-hosting PsychedAbout podcast, doing homework, or sending cat memes to Erin, I like to travel, cook, exercise, and spend time with my loved ones.
